Before you book

Tickets are valid on your selected date. Everyone on a group booking must enter together. Each QR ticket is checked in once. Two-hour play starts on admission. Prices are in CAD. Additional adults and infant arrangements are handled at reception.

Payments & changes

Pay-on-arrival bookings require payment confirmation at reception. For cancellations, refunds, date changes and holiday hours, contact the park before your visit. Refunds are not automatic.

Admission

Complete the required waiver before admission. Booking acknowledgement does not replace the waiver. Keep your ticket link private.

Your information

Your name, email, visit details and payment status are stored for booking and admission management. Authorized merchant staff can access these details. Card information is collected by the payment provider. Save your ticket on screen; automatic email delivery is not enabled.
